PROPERTY FOR SALE
Property for sale is listed on the basis that any sale resulting from contacts supplied by Hotel Rooms.co.uk will accrue commission to the company at the rate of 0.8% of the final selling price or £250 whichever is the greater. The company is not an Estate Agent and recommends that legal representation and advice is sought in all conveyancing matters. The company strongly recommends that all terms and conditions relating to the proposed rental or purchase are confirmed in writing prior to proceeding with any transaction.
PAYMENT
The company requires payment in full at the time of placing a listing onto the web site or when submitting written details and photographs by post.
REFUND POLICY
Our client’s satisfaction is very important to us and we believe our customers deserve the best service we can offer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your entry or if the system fails to meet your reasonable requirement we will refund the full payment made to us, provided the complaint is received by Hotel Rooms within 14 days of the entry becoming live on-line.
DISPUTES

Any booking made with a hotel or guest house will be subject to their terms and conditions.
PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATION
Payment for hotel rooms rental including deposits if required must be made to direct to the hotel or guest house.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation or changes made by the renter will be subject to the owner’s terms and conditions. The company will not be liable for losses under any circumstances.
OWNERSHIP
The company does not own any properties and use of accommodation is subject to the terms and conditions of each owner.
BOOKING NUMBERS
Your booking is for a certain number of people and this must not be exceeded without the prior written consent of the cottage owner.
PETS
Pets are only allowed with the express permission of the owner or manager. If an arrangement is ignored the owner or manager may cancel the booking and refuse to refund any monies paid.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Arrival and departure times must be confirmed with the owner or manager. It is the responsibility of the renter to look after the property and to leave it in the same state of cleanliness and order as it was found on arrival. Any damages must be paid for.
INSURANCE
Insurances as appropriate should be taken out by the renter to cover cancellation, illness, loss, damage, etc.
COMPLAINTS
Dissatisfaction with a property should be communicated to hotelrooms.co.uk and if substantiated may result in the removal of the property from the web site. Hotel Rooms is not liable for any claim made against the hotel or guest house for any reason whatsoever and the use of this web site signifies agreement to this.
